2. SARAH² COATS (JOHN¹) was born 1714, and died July 07, 1777. She married THOMAS PENROSE October 21, 1731, son of BARTHOLOMEW PENROSE and ESTHER LEECH. He was born Bet. January - February 1709/10, and died November 17, 1757.

Child of SARAH COATS and THOMAS PENROSE is:

i. THOMAS³ PENROSE, b. January 22, 1733/34; d. November 28, 1815; m. ANN DOWDING, July 07, 1757; b. September 07, 1739; d. September 18, 1809.
